Digital Product Delivery & Shipping Policy
Because our store provides digital courses, live sessions, and virtual materials, physical tracking numbers do not apply. Delivery of digital services is governed by the protocols outlined below to ensure transparency and secure order fulfillment.
1. Processing & Access Times
- Instant Access Products: For self-paced or pre-recorded digital courses, access is granted automatically to the email address provided at checkout within the hour of a successful transaction during business hours. Transactions processed in the middle of the night are immediately managed when the office opens the following morning.
- Live Course Registrations: For scheduled live courses, calendar invitations are generated and emailed to the buyer within the first hour of purchase. Transactions processed in the middle of the night are immediately managed when the office opens the following morning.
2. Proof of Delivery (Digital Footprint)
Our servers actively log and timestamp the successful delivery of all digital fulfillment emails, customer portal logins, and course materials. In accordance with card-network regulations, our system records the following data as concrete Proof of Fulfillment:
- The exact date and time the digital access credentials or webinar links were transmitted to your inbox.
- The recipient mail server response confirming successful receipt of the email (eliminating claims of "Spam folder" or "Missing email").
- User account creation and login logs, including the IP address used to access the course dashboard.
3. Failure to Access & Technical Delays
If you do not receive your digital access email within the timeframe stated above, it is your responsibility to contact our customer support team immediately at info@palmoverpalm.com for manual provisioning.
- Failing to notify us of an access issue before a live course begins does not constitute non-delivery of services.
- If our server logs indicate that the access details were successfully delivered to the buyer’s email server, the digital service is legally classified as "Fully Rendered and Delivered" by the credit card networks and our platform.
4. Address and Contact Accuracy
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their email address, name, and account details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not financially liable for missed course sessions, lost links, or delivery failures resulting from typos, full mailboxes, or restrictive email filters on the buyer's end.
