Refund policy
Palm Over Palm First Aid & CPR Corp. has a NO REFUND policy as a lot of effort goes into planning our courses and scheduling our instructors. However, if you contact us more than 2 calendar days in advance of your training we would be more than happy to reschedule you to another convenient day.
For reschedule requests with less than 2 days notice from the date of your training, a rescheduling fee will apply. Please note that if you cancel the same day as your training or miss your course without notice, your seat will be forfeited and you must re-book your course to attend on a new date. No refunds will be issued for unused seats before or after the scheduled training date.
Our instructors are paid in advance and many of our classes are filled to capacity. When a student fails to attend, they have also taken a seat away from someone else who could have attended the class.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel any course registration, terminate user accounts, or deny access to our digital platform to any individual at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
By purchasing a course or service from our store, you agree to contact our support team directly to resolve any billing issues, technical problems, or attendance conflicts. Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with your credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) without first contacting us is considered a breach of these Terms of Service.
In the event that a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated against any transaction:
- The associated customer account and course access will be immediately and permanently suspended.
- The customer’s name, email address, IP address, and billing information will be permanently added to our internal blocklist.
- We reserve the right to automatically cancel and instantly refund any future orders or registrations attempted by the same individual, using any variation of their name, email, or billing details, to prevent future payment abuse.
A portion of your registration fee constitutes a non-refundable administrative and booking fee to secure your spot in the course. Failure to attend a registered course, session, or digital event does not entitle the buyer to a refund, credit, or the right to file a dispute for "Services Not Rendered." All cancellations must be processed in accordance with our standard Refund Policy.
